Am I legally entitled to have a copy of all the paperwork signed at escrow time, ie certified copy of HUD?

Written By: admin on August 31, 2009 No Comment

I called the escrow co. and they said suggested I contact the lender for a copy of the HUD, truth-in-lending document. The lender told me the escrow co. should have on record all the documents. What is my recourse if the escrow co. keeps giving me a hard time about giving me a copy of the closing documents?
