Are HUD/FHA claim processing jobs just a scam?

I see adds in the paper all the time for HUD claim processing. Here is the add: "EARN 00/MONTH Process HUD/FHA Refunds. Will train. F/T, P/T." Is there any truth to these? Is this worth pursuing and is there demand for this?

I reckon it's a scam. If HUD has employees at home processing claims, what are the thousands of employees doing that report to work (HUD office) everyday. Call the number, if they question for start up fees or something…it's a scam.
Try secret shopping or direct-selling.
