Are there any programs to help law enforcement officers buy their first home?
Hi! My husband is a Correctional Officer with the State of California. We are ready to buy our first home, and we were wondering if anyone knew of any programs to help us with the down payment, closing costs, etc?
I know HUD has the officer next door program, but there are no homes currently available for it. But any other thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
