Can you still roll in closing costs into a FHA loan?

Written By: admin on August 8, 2009 One Comment

I know the down payment went from 3% to 3.5% and I am looking at a HUD home with a program with 100 down only but can I roll in the closing costs into the loan still?

Yes you can. If there are FHA required repairs and they are insured in escrow you can roll those in as well and get the money once the repairs have been done.
