I can not get FHA 203K because my credit score is ony 608. The lender let me borrow FHA insured loan; unfortunately, not FHA 203K. I know that because 203k is uninsured loan.

we’re peapproved for 75 percent of the asking price. i heard to offer 90 percent for a hud home and tell them to pay closing cost. i called my bank to question to be preapproved for the xtra 6000 we would need.
