   I didn’t get any HUD’s sold this year to owner occupants during that time frame. I tried to. I usually do get at least one sold to an owner occupant in the winter. I did sell one to an investor, but that doesn’t qualify for the Bring Home The Holidays money.

   The bid has to be won by January 5th. If you’ve already won the bid, and you bid as an owner occupant, then you will get the money. Your Realtor will be pleased too with the$500 bonus. If you’ve just submitted a bid and the deadline is the 7th, then you don’t qualify for it. Sorry.
