I already have The hud site and various outdated sites. I am only looking for a site that Real Estate agents use. Most of the Lawyer sites i have found with foreclosures may have liens on the homes and have to be researched. Only realtors have already done title work. please help me if you can. Thank you

Realtors get their foreclosure list direct from the banks that contract them to sell the foreclosures that have turned into REO.

By the time the Realtors get their list they are not longer considered foreclosures they are then REO from the banks that did not get sufficient funds at the sales bid. The term foreclosure is a misnomer at this point. The foreclosure is now over.

I hope that this has been of some use to you, excellent luck.
