How do I find out about HUD help?
I am a single mom and full time graduate student. I have two more years to go. I am currently living in property my parents own but I reckon they are going to have to sell it in the next year or so. I need to go closer to my school anyway. I will be relocating to Boone County Missouri. I don’t know anything about HUD or even where to start. I know some people are able to qualify for help to pay rent but I am not sure if I would or not or how to find out.

hud does sponsor section 8 wich can help pay part of your rent. you can go to hud.gov and then click on renting find your county or citys listing and give them a call. there are different income guidlines for different places. EXCELLENT LUCK!
