My friend rents rooms in a house to SSI/Disabled persons who will qualify for Hud in near future. How would this house be approved for Hud?

The HUD office keeps maps, they regulate how much rent is available based on the area for the house. Your friend also needs to qualify for this amount.

The landlord then needs to fill out a novel worth of forms and have the property inspected. After the inspection it is qualified or not.
