Is there a state federal program taking care of disabled homeowners hit with predator lenders?

Now that I have had my FICO drop 250 pts. and lawsuit with help of hud atty general. My equity which was to remodel and fix my home is paying my mortgage which went up over 1000 dollars and I am on SSDI with income of 00 a month. I will loose my home of 14years if I dont’get credit up and mortgage done again. Is there a law in MA for prepayment penalty? I heard there was. Thanks everyone
